Chyawanprash consumption habits are seasonal and interlinked with milk consumption

Chawanprash was preferably consumed in winters with milk. This was a habit common to almost all the members present in the FGD. Major reason attributed by them was with respect to health and development of immune system especially required in winter due to cold.
